The S75 runs from Wartenberg via Lichtenberg and Ostkreuz to Warschauer Straße. Ostkreuz’s station offers connections to numerous lines of regional trains (RE1, RE2, RE7, RB12, RB14, RB24, RB25, and RB26) and S-Bahn lines (S3, S41, S42, S5, S7, S8, and S85).
Trains run every 20 minutes, and route service is shortened during peak hours on Monday through Friday from Wartenberg to Lichtenberg. Rush hour trains run every 10 minutes. Trains depart every 30 minutes between Wartenberg and Warschauer Straße through the night on Friday and Saturday.
